Thank you to the lovely receptionist Louise. She was very helpful, she listened and then put me on hold to check her answer and fed back eloquently and quickly. It was a very smooth conversation and was able to have an appointment. Lovely phone manner

In regards to ease of getting an appointment, it can take a long time to get through on the phone, and it's not always possible to get to the surgery as I have mobility issues. There has been numberous times I've been waiting for 30ish minutes just to be hung up on. Making appointments online is ok if it's not an urgent one.
Suggested improvements
Need to bring back the SMS service to remind patients of appointments.

I went through Doctorlink and was given an appointment. However I felt I needed to be seen quicker. Gemma,the lovely receptionist, dealt with my worries in a confidential manner and listened to what I had to say. I then received another appointment for the next day.

Dr. Oraegbuna was also very lovely!

While I understand the use of Doctorlink, I feel it's not the best system.
It doesn't give you an opportunity to explain things.
eg.I had a gynaecological issue which really worried me because I have previously had problems. Nowhere could I get that point across. So my appointment was made for 10 days later. Until I spoke to Gemma.

Laurie the Nurse Practitioner was really lovely.
She was understanding caring and offered me good guidance and support for my HRT.
She is an asset to this group practice.
Her invaluable service and years of nursing practice shone through.
